Tiger Nuts Porridge

This amazing Tiger Nuts Porridge was sent to us by one of our Tiger Nuts customers. This is an amazing alternative to instant oatmeal!  It will satisfy any craving for a warm, quick, and nutritious breakfast! :)

Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Tiger Nuts Flour

3/4 cup Filtered Water

1/8 teaspoon Monk Fruit (or sweetener of choice, optional)

Top with berries, fruit, nuts, or seeds (optional)

Directions:

1. Add Tiger Nuts Flour, water, and sweetener to a microwave-safe bowl.  Stir until well combined. (Note: The porridge will boil and bubble up as it cooks, so make sure to choose a large enough bowl!)

2. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

3. Remove from the microwave, stir well, and add optional toppings.
