These Pineapple Chili Tiger Nuts Smoothies of Chef Kimberly are on fire!

In this recipe, we will use Organic Tiger Nuts Flour, in place of a smoothie mix. It is light & fluffy, nut free, gluten free & dairy free, as well as being vegan, organic & Non-GMO.

It has a resistant starch, which is great for weight loss, and has a good amount of protein, fiber, iron & other vitamins & minerals.

Prep Time: 8 minutes
Yield: 3 smoothies

Ingredients:

1/2 pineapple – skin removed
1 Thai chili
1/2 cup tiger nuts flour
10 ice cubes

 

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste test to adjust seasonings & sweetness, as desired.
Serve immediately, garnished with a slice or wedge of pineapple.
