Tiger Nuts Granola

This great tasting Tiger Nuts Granola Recipe was sent to us by one of our customers Sue Moser, and she has allowed us to share it with you, enjoy:


2 cups Coconut Flakes
1 cup sliced Tiger Nuts
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted.
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 TBS carob or cacao powder
sprinkle of salt


Mix liquids and carob/cacao and salt together.
Pour over top of the Coconut flakes and Tiger Nuts and mix well.
Spread over large cookie sheet in a thin layer.
Bake at 275 degrees for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes or so.
Let cool while on cookie sheet and it will harden as it cools.
Store in an airtight container.
